Knox 98 def Ballarat 55 — Watch the Replay
Alicia Froling and Katelyn Young both poured in 18 points apiece as Knox dominated Ballarat 98-55 at State Basketball Centre. Agnes Emma-Nnopu recorded a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds, including 10 on the offensive glass, as Knox outrebounded their opponents 55-34 and scored an overwhelming 64 points in the paint.
The home side controlled the contest from start to finish, shooting a solid 46.6 percent from the field while holding Ballarat to just 32.2 percent. Laura Taylor was the lone bright spot for Ballarat, scoring 18 points on efficient 6-from-9 shooting, including 5-from-7 from three-point range. Knox's dominance was further highlighted by their 28 assists compared to Ballarat's 13, with Paige Bradley dishing out a game-high eight assists.
Dandenong 92 def Launceston 70 — Watch the Replay
Georgia Booth delivered an exceptional performance with 30 points and 13 rebounds as Dandenong defeated Launceston 92-70 at Mazda BT-50 Thunder Stadium. Booth shot an impressive 11-from-21 from the field, including 4-from-9 from three-point range, while Nyadiew Puoch added 22 points despite committing nine turnovers.
Dandenong's interior dominance was evident as they out-rebounded Launceston 50-28, including a decisive 17-5 edge on the offensive glass. Sarah O'Neill led the visitors with 19 points on 6-from-11 shooting, while Megan Mullings contributed 18 points. The Rangers gradually pulled away throughout the contest, shooting a solid 47.8 percent from the field compared to Launceston's 40.3 percent and converting 18 of their 26 free throw attempts.

Jaz Shelley recorded a remarkable triple-double with 22 points, 13 rebounds, and 12 assists as Geelong crushed Eltham 103-60 at The Geelong Arena. Hannah Hank added 26 points and nine rebounds, while Taylor Mole contributed 21 points, including 6-from-11 from beyond the arc, to help Geelong shoot an outstanding 42.9 percent from three-point range.
Eltham struggled to find any rhythm against Geelong's stifling defense, shooting just 30.8 percent from the field. Jayde Cadee led the visitors with 26 points on 10-from-19 shooting, while Kennedy Dickie added 20 points. Geelong's well-rounded attack featured five players scoring in double figures, with the home team dominating in all facets of the game, including a 52-36 rebounding advantage and 16 steals that helped generate 25 points off turnovers.
Nunawading 75 def Keilor 69 — Watch the Replay
Kate Tanner delivered an efficient 16-point performance on 7-from-9 shooting as Nunawading edged Keilor 75-69 at Nunawading Basketball Centre. Rachel Brewster and Shaneice Swain each contributed 15 points for the Spectres, who shot 44.1 percent from the field compared to Keilor's 35.3 percent.
Penina Davidson recorded a dominant double-double for Keilor with 25 points and 16 rebounds, while Jasmine Dickey added 19 points and 10 rebounds, though she struggled with her efficiency, shooting just 7-from-27 from the field. The game featured 18 lead changes and six ties, with Nunawading eventually securing the win thanks to their interior scoring advantage (44-32 points in the paint) and superior ball movement (16 assists to Keilor's 10).
Waverley 96 def Melbourne 78 — Watch the Replay
Rebecca Cole poured in 29 points on outstanding 10-from-16 shooting as Waverley defeated Melbourne 96-78 at Waverley Basketball Centre. Cole shot a remarkable 4-from-5 from three-point range and 5-from-5 from the free-throw line, while Jenna Batsch added 15 points and Carley Ernst contributed 14 points and eight rebounds.
Melbourne's Indiah Bowyer scored a game-high 32 points on 13-from-31 shooting, and Eve Braslis added 26 points on an efficient 11-from-18 from the field. However, their efforts weren't enough to overcome Waverley's balanced attack. The Falcons shot an impressive 52.9 percent from the field and connected on 10-from-24 from beyond the arc, while their defense forced 16 Melbourne turnovers that resulted in 12 points. Waverley's depth proved crucial as they out-rebounded Melbourne 44-35 and recorded 21 assists to Melbourne's 14.
Casey 88 def Ballarat 59 — Watch the Replay
Ahlise Hurst poured in 19 points as the Casey Cavaliers dismantled the Ballarat Rush 88-59 at Casey Stadium. Hurst was on fire from beyond the arc, shooting 4-from-9 from three-point range, while Sabrina Haines added 14 points and Sharne Robati contributed 13 points and seven rebounds. The Cavaliers were dominant on the glass, out-rebounding Ballarat 61-39, including a commanding 16-4 advantage on the offensive boards.
Casey's defense was equally impressive, holding Ballarat to a dismal 29.6 percent shooting from the field. The Cavaliers used a 15-0 scoring run to build their largest lead of 32 points. Kaleena Lewis posted a double-double of 19 points and 12 rebounds for Ballarat, but received little support as the Rush made just 21 of 71 field goal attempts. Casey's balanced attack saw five players score eight or more points while controlling the game for nearly 40 minutes.
Sandringham 106 def Bendigo 64 — Watch the Replay
Funda Nakkasoglu delivered a stellar 23-point performance as the Sandringham Sabres crushed the Bendigo Braves 106-64 at Southern Basketball Stadium. Nakkasoglu shot an efficient 7-from-13 from the field, including 3-from-8 from three-point territory. The Sabres showcased an exceptional offensive display, shooting 57.4 percent from the field with four players scoring in double figures in the 42-point victory.
Sandringham completely controlled the game with dominant inside play, outscoring Bendigo 56-30 in the paint and outrebounding them 44-25. Taisheka Porchia led Bendigo with 26 points on outstanding 9-from-15 shooting and 8-from-9 from the free-throw line, but the Braves struggled to contain Sandringham's balanced attack. Lucy Cochrane recorded a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Sabres, while the team forced 23 turnovers and converted them into 19 points.
Frankston 97 def Diamond Valley 64 — Watch the Replay
Lauren Scherf dominated with 27 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists as the Frankston Blues crushed the Diamond Valley Eagles 97-64 at Diamond Valley Sports & Fitness Centre. Scherf was outstanding, shooting 11-from-23 from the field, while Marta Hermida added 22 points and nine assists on efficient 9-from-17 shooting. The Blues displayed exceptional ball movement with 32 assists on 39 made field goals.
Despite a solid showing from Tayha Watkins (19 points) and Lara McSpadden (14 points, 14 rebounds), Diamond Valley couldn't match Frankston's offensive firepower. The Blues shot 50 percent from the field compared to Diamond Valley's 38.2 percent and dominated inside with a 58-32 advantage in paint points. Frankston's defense forced 25 turnovers, converting them into 12 points while winning their third consecutive game to strengthen their playoff position.
