Townsville 89 def Rockhampton 74 — Watch the Replay

Townsville secured a convincing 89-74 victory against Rockhampton at Townsville StarFM Stadium, led by Samantha Bowman's outstanding performance. Bowman dominated with a massive double-double of 33 points and 16 rebounds while shooting an impressive 60.9% from the field. She added five assists, two blocks and two steals to complete her stellar all-round effort. Harriet Carey provided excellent support with 17 points, including five three-pointers at a solid 45.5% success rate.

The home side controlled the game for nearly 40 minutes, building a lead that reached 15 points during their strongest stretches. Townsville's ball movement was exceptional, recording 27 assists against just seven turnovers for an impressive 3.9 assist-to-turnover ratio. Chailee Ward orchestrated the offense with eight assists while adding 10 points and three steals. For Rockhampton, Mary Goulding led the way with 20 points on efficient 61.5% shooting, including four three-pointers from six attempts. Akaysha Muggeridge contributed 16 points, while Chelsey Perry secured a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds despite shooting just 33.3% from the field.

Gold Coast 80 def SW Metro 71 — Watch the Replay

Tera Reed and Emma Petrie delivered stellar performances with 20 points each as Gold Coast secured an 80-71 win against SW Metro at Hibiscus Sports Stadium. Reed was outstanding at the charity stripe, going 11-from-13, while Petrie was incredibly efficient, shooting 9-from-15 from the field. Gold Coast's defense proved decisive as they forced 21 turnovers and converted them into nine points.

SW Metro's Beyonce Bea recorded an impressive double-double with 18 points and 15 rebounds alongside five blocks, but it wasn't enough to overcome Gold Coast's balanced attack. The home team built an 18-point lead at one stage and finished with four players scoring in double digits, including Tara Manumaleuga who contributed 16 points and five steals. Gold Coast's 40 points in the paint compared to SW Metro's 26 highlighted their dominance near the basket.

Cairns 101 def Rockhampton 93 — Watch the Replay

Mia Loyd exploded for 24 points as Cairns outlasted Rockhampton 101-93 in a high-scoring thriller at Trinity Ford Stadium. Loyd shot an efficient 9-from-15 from the field while adding eight rebounds in a dominant all-around performance. Mikaela Ruef contributed 23 points on outstanding 9-from-13 shooting, helping Cairns overcome a Rockhampton team that shot a blistering 54.5% from three-point range.

Rockhampton's Moira Joiner delivered a spectacular 32-point performance, including 5-from-8 from beyond the arc, while dishing out 11 assists for a double-double. Her teammate Chelsey Perry added 23 points and 11 rebounds, but Cairns' 54-32 advantage in points in the paint and 14-3 edge in offensive rebounds proved decisive. The lead changed hands 17 times in this back-and-forth contest before Cairns pulled away late.

Southern Districts 89 def Ipswich 80 — Watch the Replay

Jessica McDowell-White poured in 28 points, including six three-pointers, as Southern Districts defeated Ipswich 89-80 at JBS Stadium. McDowell-White shot an impressive 6-from-12 from downtown while Nicole Fransson dominated inside with 23 points on efficient 10-from-15 shooting. Southern Districts controlled the glass with a commanding 45-29 rebounding advantage that led to 11 second-chance points.

Despite the loss, Ipswich's Kahlaijah Dean scored 23 points on 8-from-15 shooting while Elissa Brett added 21 points. Southern Districts built their lead to as much as 24 points and outscored Ipswich 40-26 in the paint. Efficient shooting was key for Southern Districts, who converted 53.7% of their field goals compared to Ipswich's 41.9%, though they struggled from the free throw line, making just 8-from-21 attempts.

Shannon Ryan dominated with 31 points and 15 rebounds as Sunshine Coast defeated Brisbane 77-68 at Maroochydore Stadium. Ryan was unstoppable in the paint, shooting an efficient 15-from-25 from the field while adding five blocks in a stellar two-way performance. Erin Bollmann recorded a triple-double with 23 points, 13 rebounds, and eight assists, including six steals in a standout all-around effort.

Brisbane's Ashley Arlen led her team with 24 points, including 5-from-12 from three-point range, while Grace Ellis contributed a double-double with 18 points and 15 rebounds. Sunshine Coast's interior dominance was evident with a 52-20 advantage in points in the paint and a 53-49 rebounding edge. The Phoenix shot just 32.4% from the field compared to Sunshine Coast's 40.2%, as the lead changed hands 12 times in this competitive contest.

Mackay 93 def Cairns 86 — Watch the Replay

Unique Thompson delivered a stellar double-double performance with 17 points and 16 rebounds as Mackay overcame Cairns 93-86 at Trinity Ford Stadium. Cheyenne Bobongie was on fire from deep, shooting an impressive 80 percent from three-point range (4-from-5) on her way to a team-high 18 points, while Mackay showcased excellent ball movement with 19 assists compared to Cairns' 10.

Cairns' Taryn Bond put forth an outstanding individual effort with 22 points, six rebounds, and a game-high six steals, while Mia Loyd contributed 23 points and eight boards in the loss. Mackay's superior shooting was the difference-maker, connecting on 37.1 percent from three-point range compared to Cairns' lacklustre 27.8 percent. The visitors led for over 33 minutes and built a 12-point advantage at one stage, overcoming 16 turnovers to secure their tenth win of the season.

SW Metro 83 def Sunshine Coast 71 — Watch the Replay

Grace Champion lived up to her name with an exceptional 24-point, seven-rebound performance, leading SW Metro to an 83-71 victory against Sunshine Coast at Maroochydore Stadium. Champion shot an efficient 53.3 percent from the field, including 3-from-6 from beyond the arc, while Stephanie Bairstow added 21 points and eight rebounds, helping SW Metro dominate from distance by shooting a stellar 50 percent on three-pointers.

Despite the defeat, Sunshine Coast's Erin Bollmann recorded a tremendous double-double with 26 points and 12 rebounds, while Shannon Ryan controlled the glass with an outstanding 20 rebounds (nine offensive). The Phoenix struggled mightily from three-point range, connecting on just 17.4 percent of their attempts (4-from-23). SW Metro capitalized on a balanced attack to build a lead that reached 20 points, controlling the game for over 36 minutes despite Ryan's dominance on the boards.
